1. How long do the fish live and do I need to replace them once a while?
In average, the fishes live up to around 2 years. You have to be prepared for the reduction of around 10%-15% quarterly. But it all depends on how you use the set. To maintain the highest quality of the treatment, you have to replenish an amount of fishes regurarly.
2. How long does the preparation of a set last?
The time of a standard set preparation is about 1-2 weeks. Counting from the date of 30% pre-payment.
3. What is the water’s temperature?
The temperature fluctuates from 25 to 30 degrees, depending on the season of the year. In summer it it preferable that the temperature is lower, in winter higher.
4. What is the water‘s proper PH?
Ph from 6,8 to 7,2.
5. What if I don’t have many clients at a day, what to feed the fish with?
Fishes should be fed once a day, in the evening, with vitamins, which are essential for their health.
6. How many fish do I need for a treatment for one person?
The more, the better. A recommended amount, that will bring you visible effects, is 250 pcs.
7. Do you give a guarantee, if there is something wrong with fishes?
We do not take responsibility for the condition of the water in your containers and we do not have the impact on how your Clinets and employers treat the fish and set. That is why we can not guarantee.
8. Do the fishes bite?
The fishes do not have teeth. They have sucking mouths with a, so called, grater up and downside. They reduce still epidermis when moving.
9. Do you sell sets and fish abroad?
Yes, we do. We deliver sets and fishes abroad.
10. How does the set‘s servicing and cleaning look like?
We recommend finding a person that is a specialist in servicing of aquariums in you city. Eg. in a zoological shop. They can service the set regularily. The set needs servicing ca. 2 times a month.
11.Do I need to supply the set with water all the time?
The Fish SPA set have a closed water cycle and there is no need to supply the set with water all the time. If there is a water suppy somewhere near, it can help you in cleaning the set.
12. Can you change the colour of the upholstery and the case of Fish SPA set?
Yes, we can if you have an idea on how to change the set. Just tell us which colours are you interested in, and we will try to adapt the set to your preferences.
